Documents required:

  1. Copy of passport - valid for 6 months from the day of travel

  2. Full Payment- Partial payment will NOT be accepted

Payment:

Payment must be made in FULL via Zelle (themuslimconnection@gmail.com) or check payable to TMC. Credit card payment will be subject to an extra fee.

Umrah visa process will not be made until full payment is received.

Other Information:

  • Children under 12 years of age will get a discount of $ 200.00 on any package either triple or double.

  • For COVID updates check CDC website.

  • Visa is valid for 1 year for all US passports.

  • Also, download and register the Tawakkalna application on your phone before arriving. This will be required to request permits for Umrah. **To use Tawakkalna in Saudi you will need phone and data services on your cellphone.

Cancellation Policy:

COVID related cancellation with a refund:

  • If the Saudi government restricts or bans entry.

  • If flights are canceled.

  • A positive report on PCR test.

    The package is refundable except for the Saudi Visa fees which are $ 150.00 plus administrative fees of $50 will be nonrefundable. keeping in mind that the visa can be used within one year for travel.

Voluntary Cancellation:

Any voluntary cancellation will not be refundable in this case we strongly advise purchasing trip cancelation insurance.
